Terms, Conditions & Policies
- Key to Health Concierge Limited limits their services to what is legal, ethical & safe.
- 13% HST applies to all pricing.
- All à la carte & prepaid discounted packages subject to 24 hours notice.
- Maximum travel distance per trip for Transportation & Errands services is 50 km return from our head office (beyond 50 km, additional charge of .40 per kilometer applies).
- A one-hour minimum charge applies to Errands & Transportation services, starting from our head office (billed by the hour, not the task), thereafter calculated in 15 minute increments.
- A two-hour minimum charge applies to Concierge & Personal Assistant services (billed by the hour, not the task), thereafter calculated in 15 minute increments.

Our prices do not include 3rd party fees such as: groceries, gifts, miscellaneous charges etc., which may be incurred while performing requested services.

There may be a fee assessed for cancelling a scheduled service with less than 12 hours notice.

A $30 dollar charge applies to all returned NSF cheques.

We accept cash, cheque, money order, email transfer or credit card payment through PayPal via the internet. Payments are due upon receipt of services rendered with the exception of Prepaid Packages (hours deducted from account). Prepaid packages are be to paid in advance to qualify for the discounted price and for services performed. |
